The Supreme Court Collegium with Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud, along with Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice B R Gavai has recommended names different High Courts judges.
For the judges of Madhya Pradesh, the names recommeded are advocate Deepak Khot and advocate Pavan Kumar Dwivedi.
As per a notification, the Collegium, found Shri Deepak Khot both fit and suitable for appointment as a Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh.
The Collegium also found Shri Pavan Kumar Dwivedi isuitable for appointment as a Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh.
Collegium also recommended judicial Officer Ramkumar Choubey as Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court whose track records were found good.
The Collegium made all the needed enquiries before finally deciding the suitability of the candidate.
The Collegium also recommended name of Advocate Pranav Shailesh Trivedi as Judge of the Gujarat High Court.
The notification dated 9 January said that the file by the Department of Justice has found favourable reply.
The record of Advocate Pranav Shaikesh Trivedi who has been recommended as Gujarat High Court judge shows that he has mostly been rated as a very Good/Excellent officer.
